"Use English language" toggle messes up icons and their action.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Start at any tab, Contacts, Favorites, Groups.
Go to settings and toggle "Use English language" on or off.
Wait for the window redraw and notice the icon/action bug.

Expected behavior

After toggling "Use English language" the icons and their actions should not change.

Actual behavior

After the window redraws, two icons in the upper right corner have changed. Also the actions of these two icons has changed. Refer to screenshots. The display of icons and actions can be restored if you swipe left or right, i.e. from Groups to Favorites.
