Read groups from imported/existing contacts #95

It is possible to export contact groups - https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/Simple-Contacts/issues/146

But after a fresh install (with contacts already present the contact storage), or when an exported VCF file is imported, groups present in the contacts storage are not shown in Fossify Contacts. As a workaround, the user can create the groups again manually - Fossify Contacts correctly detects existing contacts as being part of the groups.
