Exif data can't be removed from images stored on the SD card

How did you install the app?

F-Droid / IzzyOnDroid

Steps to reproduce the bug

Take a photo and save it with metadata attached to the SD card.
Open the Fossil Gallery app and navigate to the picture.
Tap the "i" icon.
Observe that the "Remove Exif Data" option is missing, even when there is Exif data present.
Move the picture to the internal storage.
Tap the "i" icon again.
Exif data can now be removed.

Expected Behavior

The EXIF data removal option should be available for images stored on the SD card.

Actual Behavior

The option for removing EXIF data is completely missing and unavailable.

Additional Information

All necessary permissions have been granted to the app, and it has full access to all files and the SD card.

Oh, I apologize, I completely forgot that I had already opened an issue regarding this. Also, you've closed this as "not planned"? Does this mean this issue will not be addressed?

@Uneccessary "not planned" doesn't necessarily mean it won't be fixed, it's just better than "closed as completed".
