"will be added slowly" doesn't mean it can be done now by anyone. Needs triage says that it's not ready to be taken. Just because Naveen wrote about something, it doesn't mean it's ready to be done.

We have more important things to do right now, we don't know if README files will look like this, we don't even know if a feature-list should be part of the README.

Hold your horses. Everything will be done when it's time for that and if Naveen wants help with something, he will create a proper feature request with a whole explanation of what should be done, not a link to a one-sentence comment.
