New filter type, Nice to have for Contact list #89

Hello,

The example : For the global contact list, I'd like to view all contact "friend" group, "family" group, but no contact from "medical" group. This will be very usefull to have a filter for global list.

Please raise it as a feature request in a Contacts app's repository.
