Why have you removed fields added by the form?

Because, for example, the steps to create this problem were practically nothing, I opened the program with a phone with RTL language Or, for example, I showed the problem of the program in the picture, it was more difficult to explain than to draw a line around it!

Thanks for explaining! Please don't remove it in the future, you are supposed to act on the checklist, it's there to avoid duplication of reported issues.

None of these points are invalidated even when the bug is easily reproducible.
