App doesn't have an Internet access, so it won't have such feature. However, you can use YetAnotherCallBlocker as a separate app with Phone, works like a charm.

YACB is abandoned and hasn't been updated for two years.

I will think about this, could work as a database extension app. The extension could either be online or offline and the Fossify Phone app would query this database when a call arrives.
