Add optional circles to visualise ranges (Attack range and detection range) #3

Added circle to visualise the different ranges in utilities/gritsbot_patch.m . Both range are optional and can be remove by setting their "ite_circle" to 0 has explained in the code. Their radius is set to default range used for simplicity purpose but can be change.
