Page Layout for Forgot Email Is Screwed Up #85

Experienced in chrome on a mac

Yes it is the forgot password screen. Chrome on mac. There is no border between the box and the footer. See image at link below.

I think we should just scrap the outer box. It made sense when the background wasn't white, but now it is just excessive. Once it is removed, make sure the inner box (the one that says login), is vertically centered between the header and footer.
