adds behemoth dungeon

Why It's Good For The Game

This PR adds a new behemoth dungeon and also fixes the stealthboy stealing the code from the furry place to make it usable and not super overpowered.

Added behemoth dungeon with CIA/stealth related gear including a now nerfed stealth boy which is viable and functioning and stolen from furry server, slightly buffs deathclaw dungeon by removing the new obsolete combat armor spawns and replacing them with vault medical spawns and a T5 armor spawn.

oh yea also removes the combat armor static spawns and replaces them with medical and anoither T5 spawn this is from the uh deathclaw dungeon near clavvie base
