A quick fix to surface claw cheese

About The Pull Request

Makes it so you have to actually kill the alpha mother deathclaw to get the lot from the surface claw cave, which is now locked behind a keycard door.

Why It's Good For The Game

I've seen more times where the deathclaws just get lured out of the cave than actually fought, most of the time being left directly in front of the NCR base. This gives people an incentive to actually fight the claws.

They're single deathclaw spawns

Closing this. Erabite made a way cooler remap of this which fixes the same issue I set out to fix.
