just some buffs to some guns that kinda needed them, as for the RPM I genuinely can't tell if I nerfed or buffed some of those guns ## Why It's Good For The Game some guns just need a little more rpm to be usable ## Pre-Merge Checklist

changed r93 fire delay from 1 to 1.5 and changed the burst to 2. changed the lsw and it's variant's draw time to 2.3 and 3.2 respectively. also buffed the mp5s damage from 17 to 18. changed uzi fire delay from 3 to 1.75 as it is now a small item. finally I buffed the snipers damage from 35 to 45 as the hunting rifle is currently more damaging than it....
