Compatibility with Bedspread #105

In case you didn't know, you can turn off the Enhanced Beds setting in the EBE config to fix Bedspreads bed items being invisible: image

EBE replaces the way beds render entirely and I wrote that tooltip warning with Bedspreads specifically in mind.

Will stay open for further discussion (additional warnings, mod detection?), but may later be marked as wontfix
