Update to 1.20.1 #152

What it says on the tin.

Previous (1.19.3/4) updates did most of the heavy lifting so the only change this update needs to be concerned of is two-sided sign text rendering.

Please do handle branch switching to 1.20 on your side.

Thanks for contributing this, actually, I like how you've cleaned up the sign rendering code. Merging along with #151
