As meal api isn't ported, this won't actually build unless you comment it out.
Some of the fog methods in BackgroundRendererMixin don't seem to have an alternative with the new shader system. I've left these commented and added a TODO. It's just the falloff that looks a bit different now, the rest seems to look fine.
Had to swap out cloth-dynamic-registries with the fabric biome modifications api as dynamic registries wasn't ported yet.
