Config option for maximum ingredients #89

It would be nice for Sandwichable to have a config option for a maximum number of ingredients a sandwich can have. This is usually important for servers because a tower of say 100 ingredients in the sandwich can severely kill fps or kick the players within the vicinity of the sandwich

Added in 1.2-rc1 as a gamerule (for server admins)
