This PR is a follow-up from #9. I've made some code style cleanups and configured bower to install the framework7 dependency.

I had to remove the app icon definition to be able to build this on iOS.

I added a README that shows how to build and run the app. I just installed this on my iPhone and its working properly, so I'll go ahead and merge this. Thank you @joaopedroft and sorry it took so long.
