Monitor the STA_GOTIP event instead of polling for waiting for an IP #2

Makes both init.lua scripts listen for STA_GOTIP events instead of polling for wifi.sta.getip().

Warning: I didn't have the opportunity of testing properly both scripts. Take some care reviewing this :P
