Suggestion: Adding a "Treated" checkbox #112

This is quite minor, but it would be nice to know at a glance whether a custos has been "treated" for healing purposes. Maybe as a checkbox next to the HP boxes?

Uhm, I need to see where to put it and to make it "trigger" a "mark" on the token so it is a bit better. Won't be doing it today as I don't know exactly how to do this.

Added a treated checkbox, not connected to anything for now.
