Make more visible the Difficulty Threshold for a roll on the chat card

At the moment, the only way to know the Difficulty Threshold of a roll is moving the cursor over the roll, and sometimes players forget to update the DT before the roll so the results and Degress of Success can be misleading. I suggest making the DT more visible, maybe adding it after the Peritia/Virtute that is being rolled?
