Loses configuration #1

Loses configuration (certainly the character sheet hook, probably all), maybe when dynamic IP changes. Also keeps posting the welcome to chat, probably when the reset happens, too, so saving the setting in a non-stable manner?

It seems importing an Actor with ddb-import resets the settings form item-macro (but not anything else).
