Describe the bug
When using the Quest Tracker feature with a quest that had linked entities in the description, the entities show as their full text (i.e. @{soandso}[linkedentitity]) rather than just the name of the entity.
To Reproduce
Create a quest using Quest Log and link any entity in the description
Turn on the Quest Tracker feature within Party Unit Frames
Expected behavior
My initial thought would just be the name of the entity, though the ability for it to actually work as a link would be extra nice (but understandable unrealistic).
