Dose Vail work correctly with Irus? (i dont know if i sent this to the right place) #34

A friend of mine is developing a mod using Veil and he doesn't particularly have a beefy enough PC to run shaders using Irus the mod is still in development so I can't test his mod on my side I'm also more of a texture and model guy so I know nothing of modding and how to fix stuff. Is there a big visual bug when using irus with complementary shaders, alongside the Veils lighting system?

I've also heard that it had a problem with Sodium in the past is that still a problem?

I hope you can respond sorry if I sent this to the wrong place/spot there isn't a particularly correct place other than here I could ask and I don't think this counts as a bug so I sent it to the feature request thingy

As far as I know, there are plans but it hasn't been done yet (assuming you mean Iris by Irus, and the same goes for sodium). This is the correct place to ask since this is the thing that breaks compatibility. I think the resource consumption is similar to something like Trackmania or Genshin Impact on max graphics settings for deferred and if it isn't deferred it shouldn't be that much worse than normal Minecraft.
