Current WIP Branch and PR for Avalonia 11 and FluentAvalonia (in the following FA) implementation.

[x] Upgrade to Avalonia 11
[x] Implement FA
[x] Check why Background Image can't be displayed
[x] Check why Bindings do not update properly when the user logged in (as it doesn't show the user on the home view nor does it update the navigation bar properly)
[x] Update EQ View to FA
[x] Update Export View to FA
[x] Switch to FA Combobox for the user search
