Fixed Unicode handling in song titles and artists #275

Removed Unicode handling from specific MapEntry classes and centralized it in MapEntryBase class. Also added an option in the settings to allow users to display titles and artists using their respective Unicode characters. This gives users more display options. Fixes #274
