PARTS: Dummy outer jar to hold the reactor in place when temperature control is not needed #126

It would be nice to have a 3D printed part in the shape of the large mason jar threading and top. This would allow the reactor assembly to be held in place securely without the need for the outer jar, which is only needed when temperature control is in use.
