FULL STACK: As a user, I want to be able to run heating and cooling alternately without reconfiguring the hardware. #137

Currently the design calls for running heating and cooling using the same hardware. The user is expected to swap the heating elements for an ice bath between steps or vice versa. It would be cool if a user could set up both heating and cooling and the Microlab could switch between them on the fly.
