Now that we're using TypeScript, it would be great if we had types for our various data:

Microlab Status
Recipe (Also possibly useful in recipe-press and vinni)
RecipeStep (possibly broken out into automated, user, pump, stir, temperature, etc)
SoundScape
HardwareConfig
Others ...?
