As a user, I want a RELEASING.md doc #190

Draft content for it:

  1. Tag the commit for the release as v0.6
  2. Update changelog with anything new, move all the stuff in the "Unreleased" section into a new section for v0.6
  3. probably also make a release on github? Put links to download the image(s) there (direct torrent links that is, that, and/or update the website to also let you access the links for old releases to), and a link to docs at that commit in the release so anyone can navigate to the repo at a specific release
  4. create new lab hardware file for the new version, if applicable, and set that file as the new default in defaultconfig.ini
