Currently the layout is fairly arbitrary. A better layout would have:

consistent spacing across X and Y. Probably 10mm on center.
Another grid of screw holes in the opposite corner
sub-component chassis that fit this new grid

Additionally, the columns in the vents are too tell and fragile. Additionally, the tab slots for the lid are too close to the edge, which makes them fragile as well.
