Incorrect sounds played #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set sounds to only play on new event
2. simulate host existing host down state and update
3. generate new critical service state and refresh
4. note how host down audio is sounded even though the new event is critical 
service

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should play the appropriate sound for the new event, not existing events

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On what 
operating system?

Windows Vista/7, Firefox 3.6.4, nagios checker 0.15.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
