Add a filter to not display services of a host that has been scheluded for downtime #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Schedule downtime of a host
2. Stop a service on this host (httpd or whatever)
3. Wait until nagios runs the check

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The service should not been shown in Nagios Checker

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On what 
operating system?
0.16 with nagios 3.0.6

Please provide any additional information below.
