Feature Request: Option to filter out all services on hosts in scheduled downtime #177

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Schedule downtime on any host.
2. NagiosChecker is still displaying WARNINGS and CRITICALS etc. on services 
placed on scheduled downtime host.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be an option in NagiosChecker to filter out events on hosts that 
are in scheduled downtime.

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On what 
operating system?

NagiosChecker 0.16 Windows XP 32bit
Nagios 3.0.3 Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
