Not compatible with Thunderbird 5.0 #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update thunderbird to 5.0
2. Thunderbird 5.0 says that nagios plugin is incompatiple

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On what 
operating system? Nagios Checker 0.16, thunderbird 5.0, Windows7

Please provide any additional information below.

This is good software, too bad it's not updated since Dec 2010.

Actually it IS compatible with TB5 (and I assume FF5 also - not tested), all 
you have to do is to modify one file. Here's how:
1. Find the extension directory within your TB profile
2. Edit the install.rdf (Install Manifest) with your favorite editor
3. Modify maxVersion tag to your current TB version
4. Save file && restart TB
5. Enjoy nagioschecker

I've also included a patch for the linux geeks.
Hopefully the author will notice and update the sources.
