not all services/hosts shown anymore (nagios 3.4.1) #192

Hello,

nagios 3.4.1 introduced a limit for the number of displayed items on one page. 
While this is a great feature, it broke nagioschecker. Nagioschecker doesn't 
display all services/hosts anymore if they exceed the default limit.

Adding 'limit=0' to the status.cgi-URL fixed the issue. A patch is attached.

Btw, do you intend to release a new nagioschecker with all the lately bugfixes 
anytime soon?

I just upgradet to Nagios Version 3.4.1 and the pagination breaks Nagioschecker 
in Chrome Version 23.0.1255.0 dev on Debian too. Renders the plugin useless. 
Sad thing, very useful plugin.

Attached is the plugin with patch applied.

A new release with the bug fixed would be much appreciated :)
