Don't use add-on bar #200

Mozilla will soon remove the add-on bar in Firefox but Nagios Checker still use 
it.
I think it is good time to use the new APIs.

Firefox 29 has gone in to Beta last week and the addon bar is removed. If 
you're still working on this project at all now would be a good time to move 
the functionality.
