Opsview Support

Opsview is an open source monitoring tool based on Nagios
(http://www.opsview.org/).

Opsview exposes Nagios screens, but doesn't use HTTP Basic Authentication,
so Nagioschecker is compatible if it authenticates correctly to Opsview.

The attached patch provides an extra check box in Nagioschecker
configuration (per server), that activates a method of authentication
compatible with Opsview.
