[BUG] redundant and unnecessary popup notification when opening the app with a module update

Describe the bug If there is an update for a module you launch the app, a notification pops up and if you click it, it opens you up to the app which you've already launched

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have an updateable module
2. Open the app
3. Click the update notification that appears

Expected behavior Ideally, no notification pops up

Device info(please complete the following information):

• Device: pixel 6 pro
• OS: latest QPR beta
• App Version 1.2.1 but I downloaded the latest compiled apk from actions
