Fix Simplified Chinese option not work #321

As I posted on issues #320, this error looks to be due to the developer writing the wrong language code.

That language code was what was used previously that didn't work and the language flat out didn't show up

But the current used zh won't build Simplified Chinese string (string-zh-rCN) Screenshot_20230503-221516

Additionally, I have tested this change, it works, or at least it can fixes the problems mentioned by #320

Something is not right, and we would like to investigate the underlying reason this is happening. Thanks for the help, but we're going to close this for now.
