Store owners should have the ability to add basic tax zones.

MVP Assumptions:

origin-based sales tax [charge tax based on shipping address]
1 simple tax rate per region
multiple tax regions
regions will be a list of all countries, and if USA, a sub-list of states

So, depending on shipping address, we apply one of these configured values as tax, right? Right now we have an impl where we add some tax depending on the state of the company, does this apply now in any way?

Yes I don't know what's existing, I just knew there's no way for store owners to configure. If we are implying the tax presence based on company address, then we can replace that with this system of configuration.
