Select default exclusive option #2307

@michalrus please confirm if we have promo exclusivity implemented on backend -- if no, maybe we should remove this box for now?

@anna-zzz, correct! The only exclusivity in Phoenix is in seed product titles and once in tests: https://github.com/FoxComm/highlander/blob/58e5e9cfcbcbf9a2ad74797cc89f012fdbcd93ab/phoenix-scala/phoenix/test/integration/PromotionsIntegrationTest.scala#L155 … but that field is not used afterwards.
