HDD preallocation not working #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose new from Limbo HDA or HDB pickers
2. Select Preallocation
3. Tap on "Create" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Created image doesn't preallocate the size.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
