Fix 4.0 plugin build breakage. Update binaries for 4.0, 4.2 and 4.4.

1. The 4.0 and 4.2 binaries (ja4.so) don't work. They load fine in Wireshark, but they do not display the JA4X fingerprint. The 4.4 binary works fine.
2. The 4.0 build breaks. That's because the JA4X code uses some Wireshark APIs that do not exist in 4.0.
