make sure racers' racetime & twitch info is still correct before kicking off a season
faker changed his rtgg username (but not userid), and apparently the match results worker is still using username rather than userid, so it didnt pick up our race result
that's arguably a bug on its own, but certainly it would be nice to have a script to check that everyone has that data populated and that it's correct as far as it can be
