PSSH inconsistently found on YouTube / Sling #61

On YouTube and Sling, even after the DOM seems to be fully loaded, when opening up the extension, only about 20% of the time does it capture the PSSH. I'm unsure of the reasoning. I've eliminated any factor outside of whatever function logs the PSSH

Can be tested with This Free with Ads (USA Only IIRC) Movie

The problem seems to be alleviated if reload the load the content you want, go back, reloading (not removing) the extension and try again.
