API needs to be expanded by handling some kind of stream chat functionality.

[x] Entities for a stream's chat, and messages.
[x] Controllers for both
[x] Move most of data processing from Chat and ChatMessage controllers to the Chat and ChatMessage repositories, creating appropriate functions.
[x] Adding try catching into controllers, returning appropriate errors on catch.
