It's actually marked for ST2 and 3 on the package manager, and i am quite sure this should work on ST3 without issues. Have you tried?

I do realize the documentation states ST2, but thats just slack from my side.

Hey man! https://github.com/Foxboron/SublimeClojure/commit/d256b2398a6f13d70a06806250222ac164e7df2d should take care of it. I forgot the description in the top, but fixed it now. Sorry for being lazy about it!
