Pacman hook doesn't work while installing wireless-regdb #272

Hello all, I had installed wireless-regdb package and it ran mkinitcpio but sbctl sign hooks didn't ran.

Also, are mkinitcpio post script to sign files along with Pacman hooks will be a better choice ? We can also utilize the environment variables passed by mkinitcpio to post script such as KERNELVERSION & KERNELDESTINATION to sign only the modified images
