Setup mode always disabled #321

So I'm trying to work my Windows and Linux setup with secure boot, I have already tried putting my Laptop into setup mode by following this guide from the framework forums (as I have a framework laptop). But no matter what I do the setup mode is always disabled, is there any way for me to diagnose where the problem is? Thanks.

Turns out I had an issue somewhere either in my efi partition / grub configuration, I just reformatted my Linux install and now it works.
