Indirect dependency intel-go/cpuid is broken #394

https://github.com/intel-go/cpuid is somehow an indirect dependency of u-root and 2 months ago it seems the repo was taken over. This is preventing tools like GoLand from doing code inspection.

So update that repo was vulnerable and was taken down.
